Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT)

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a hybrid therapy developed by Marisa Peer that combines principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It aims to identify and address the 1 root cause of issues quickly, facilitating rapid and lasting change.

An RTT® practitioner guides clients into a relaxed hypnotic state and then uses targeted questioning and therapeutic techniques to uncover the underlying reasons for their challenges. They help clients reframe limiting beliefs, release emotional baggage, and install new, empowering beliefs to support their desired outcomes.

What to expect from a session with a Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) practitioner:

  • Initial consultation: The practitioner will begin with a consultation to discuss your goals for the session, the issues you want to address, and your relevant history. This helps them understand your needs and tailor the session effectively.
  • Identifying the issue: You and the practitioner will work together to clearly define the specific problem or challenge you want to overcome.
  • Hypnotic induction: The practitioner will guide you into a relaxed hypnotic state using various techniques. This state allows access to your subconscious mind.
  • Exploring root causes: While in hypnosis, the practitioner will guide you to explore past events or memories that may be connected to the root cause of your issue. This exploration aims to uncover the origin of limiting beliefs or negative patterns.
  • Reframing and reprogramming: The practitioner will use specific RTT® techniques to help you reframe those past events and reprogram your subconscious mind with new, empowering beliefs. This may involve visualization, affirmations, or other therapeutic tools.
  • Transformation and empowerment: The goal is to create a powerful shift in your thinking and feeling, empowering you to move forward with positive change.
  • Personalized recording: You will typically receive a personalized audio recording to listen to for a period after the session. This recording reinforces the new beliefs and supports ongoing transformation.
  • Session duration: RTT® sessions are often longer than traditional therapy sessions, typically lasting 1.5 to 2 hours or more.
  • Emotional processing: You may experience a range of emotions during the session as you explore past events and release emotional baggage. The practitioner will provide a safe and supportive space for this process.

Additional things to keep in mind:

  • Emphasis on the subconscious: RTT® places a strong emphasis on the power of the subconscious mind in shaping our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
  • Rapid results: RTT® is designed to facilitate rapid and significant change, although individual results may vary.
  • Active participation: RTT® is an active process that requires your willingness to engage with the practitioner and explore your inner world.
  • Not a substitute for medical advice: RTT® is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® can be a powerful tool for individuals seeking to overcome limiting beliefs, release emotional baggage, and create lasting positive change in their lives.
