Sage Smith

This was my first experience with any type of exercise similar to BQH, and I was pleasantly surprised at the end result. Through Sage’s gentle guidance, questions, and suggestions I was able to relax and explore meaningful thoughts and images. As we moved from one thought/scene to another, I was able to see a clear trend develop that I have not recognized before. The trend explains more clearly why my previously unconscious actions have yielded disappointing or unexpected results throughout a portion of my adult life. This new awareness will be extremely helpful in my future intentional actions.

Sage was so fun to work with. I felt my inner child self come alive in her presence. This energy rippled through the session as well as I had seen parts of myself that had been buried away in seriousness. Her passion for this work creates such a playful container that I couldn't wait to jump into my subconscious. I benefited a lot from my session and grateful to have met Sage and aligned more with what I am supposed to do at this time and my direction in life.

Sage really helped me discover a limiting belief that I did not realize was there and I am a very self introspective self aware person. Her questions in the session helped give me a completely different perspective on a core trauma wound that I have been clearing in layers for many years. We were able to take it to a whole new level. I felt amazing and more in the present moment afterwards. One of the core beliefs is that I don't matter and that I am not important and I don't exist. I went to an event afterwards and complete strangers were really seeing and noticing me and complimenting me. It was amazing and humbling to experience this. It's been two weeks since I have had my session and my experience of not being noticed or seen at social events has completely shifted. At a woman's support group we went around the circle and took turns talking and I almost thought they were going to forget me, but right at the end one woman noticed and I was included and supported which is not my usual experience. Then I ran into a girl from high school who never noticed me before as she was quite popular, but this time she really saw me. And my parents now acknowledge and notice me more. So thank you Sage for this significant shift in my experience of being seen and heard in the world by guiding me to heal this past life.

I loved Sage’s clarity the laid out from the beginning. The instructions and expectations were given in advance, and I think that’s so grounding for such an ethereal process. It creates a lovely container from which intuitive wisdom can come forth. Sage held space for the unique way I was experiencing the work and helped me integrate the messages. I went into the session aware of a lot of stagnant energy and left with an enthusiastic lift of energy and excitement. The session really helped me integrate some helpful images, messages, and metaphors that I know will be with me throughout my life.

I felt very comfortable with Sage. Her tone of voice and pacing created an optimal atmosphere. She has the ability to pivot as needed throughout the session. I recommend her and will schedule additional sessions.
