When we incarnate, we often forget the truth of who we are and why we are here. Without that bigger picture, it is natural to feel confused about our inner and outer world.

Sessions can be deeply transformative and healing and I offer them in-person on peaceful Central Vancouver Island, BC where I live in the comfort of the client’s home and online via Zoom in English and German.
About Me
The year 2013 marked a profound shift for me. I went through weeks of feeling very sick and alone while my being was swelling with felt-senses – emotions, whole body feelings….like all the clairs merged into one channel of present experience and I could feel everything. It was very disorienting. It was like swimming in the big ocean of the subconscious collective and I was the ocean, the drop and the one swimming all at the same time. Shortly after, someone dear helped me understand my experiences and remember my soul origin. With that came a deep resonance and a huge shift in my awareness that’s been the backdrop of my journey and work ever since.
Then, two years ago, I stumbled across the book Three Waves of Volunteers by Dolores Cannon. Upon reading it, I instantly felt like home and a deep sense of familiarity re-ignited my inner flame.
I was led to immerse myself in Dolores Cannon’s pioneering work and learn QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), originally a form of regression hypnosis that she developed over many years whereby a person is guided into direct communication with their Higher-Self. On the journey, I began using my own intuitions more and also integrated Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH), an expansion of QHHT as well as perspectives and elements from my experience with Therapeutic Dialoguing, Craniosacral Integration and Hakomi all rooted in the foundation of presence, deep listening and spaciousness. Doing this work feels like a natural habitat to me, even innate. I am in aw of the profound information and sincere and caring energy that come through during the sessions. It’s a deep honor for me to be this bridge between you and the superconscious during the sessions and help you receive as much information and healing as possible.
The magic of this meaningful work is that we are tapping into a co-creative, natural and benevolent process from which wisdom, insight and healing unfold naturally. Magical perhaps because we are reminded of our divine nature and because it feels like something that is actually “real”.
