CASSANDRA DARNER

Hi! I’m Cassandra and I am a Beyond quantum healing (BQH) practitioner and mental health therapist working in the East valley of Arizona and Sherman oaks in California.

I am committed to helping you find purpose in life through seeking meaningful experiences! We will work together to help you develop self-awareness and acceptance skills to increase confidence and improve wellbeing. I have expertise in working with adults in coming to a better understanding of themselves and others, making positive changes, managing daily stress and developing a deeper appreciation for life’s experiences. While I have the ability to work with most English speaking demographics, I also specialize in cases of trauma, relationship issues, ADHD, PTSD and DID.

BQH is a holistic healing modality where relaxation, visualization and hypnosis techniques are used to help people actively work with their subconscious and access their higher self with the goal of spiritual exploration and self healing. By doing so, people can address their physical, emotional and spiritual challenges. Sessions last about 4-4.5 hours and begin with deepening, then the active processing and then debriefing. Participants go home with a recording of the hypnotic portion of the experience.
