A BQH session story – I cracked the case! From seeing nothing to having it all! – Part II

The game was afoot and the pressure intensified. As we entered the juicy part of the BQH session, I held my breath as I waited for Ilios to tell me what he was seeing.

I could hear Ilios’ disappointment when he told me all he saw were colours. I knew Ilios’ Higher Self (HS) orchestrated this scene and I was determined to keep Ilios engaged. He could feel the colours changing and pulsating and at times giving him some healing help.

‘Oh that’s bizarre!’ Ilios exclaimed.

‘What’s bizarre?’

‘I wonder if it’s the sun.’

‘Well, is it?’

‘Ah… it looks like I’m the sun. Maybe I’m in the sun. Lots of upheaval sort of things, lots of energies flowing around, nothing coherent.’

‘So maybe you are the sun or you are in the sun?’ I asked.

‘Maybe I am, yeah.’

‘I always wonder whether the sun is really hot.

‘No. Heat is just the varying intensity of the light that I’ve seen. It’s all the stuff that’s moving around.’

‘Hm.’ I made an intelligent hm to indicate that I knew what he meant. I did not. ‘What else are around you, other than the intense light?’

‘Maybe the darkness is just other waves of energy that is different… frequency.’

‘Hm. Yeah.’ What?

‘You told me to tell you what came to mind. What came to mind is that the sun is supposed to be a portal. So, maybe I’m just seeing various energies coming in and out of that portal. Everything is now swirling around me. I’ve heard that the sun was a portal.’

‘Do you feel like you are moving, as the sun?’

‘Logically, the sun would not be moving.’

‘I don’t know. I’m asking your perspective as the sun. Are you moving, can you feel movement?’

‘Yes and no. It’s pulsing so it’s not static. But movement like changing position, not necessarily.’

‘That makes sense. And do you feel… as the sun… what is the feeling like? Do you have a sense of wellbeing… do you feel like ooh I’m too bright now? What do you feel as the sun? Can you describe for me?’

‘Give me a moment.’ Ilios said. ‘Expansive. Powerful. Giving. Life.’

‘Giving life? Do you feel a sense of life-giving?’

‘Yeah.’

‘Do you do this on purpose? Do you plan what you do, or stuff like that? What is it like to be the sun?’

‘I’m sensing like waves of energy being expanded or expelled out. Seeing this like purple waves crashing from a shore, looking form the top down, like it’s just coming in, coming in.

‘So waves of energy going in you?’

‘Going out.’

‘Is it a nice feeling to feel expansive, powerful and life-giving?’

‘Yeah.’

‘Are you constantly in this way, do you change sometimes?’ I know the sun is always there but I didn’t want to assume I knew it all when I was with the sun itself.

‘Yes, it’s a constant thing. Although I think the intensity changes.’

‘So the intensity changes sometimes?’

‘All the time. It’s fluctuating.

‘Is there a pattern to it, then?’

‘There probably is, but I couldn’t see it. I think it’s a very complex pattern.’

I suggested Ilios to stay being the sun to take in being expansive, powerful and life-giving because it’s so wonderful.

‘What is it like to have these qualities?’

‘Normal.’

‘Like you don’t have to make an effort to be this way.’

‘Yes. Just being. Being who I am.’

‘How do you feel about giving life?’

‘I’m always giving life. Always doing that.’

‘And how do you feel?’

‘Peaceful. Purposeful.’

‘When you are constantly giving life like that, are you going to deplete yourself?’

‘Deplete myself? No.’

‘How do you not deplete yourself?’

‘Just what I’m here to do.’

‘Do you ever receive instead of give?’

‘I think so.’

‘What do you receive?’

‘I’m charged to do this. There’s a connection where energy flows into me as well.’

‘If you were to trace this connection, you would know where exactly this energy is coming from, and you can tell me. Where is this energy coming from so you can keep on giving?’

‘Other dimensions. It’s coming in through the portal that’s there.’

‘Through the portal that is you?’

‘Yes.’

I wanted to see if Ilios was the sun of Earth or another planet but Ilios got lost and said it was as if he was a person again. He said he saw some boxes. And then he stayed silent until…

‘You can look, Ilios. Acknowledge whatever you are seeing. You can look.’

‘Exactly.’ I was surprised by this interruption. It wasn’t Ilios who spoke. I knew it was his Higher Self by the love that emanated from his voice.

‘I’m wondering if I’m afraid to look, to see. It’s as if my body is frozen. It’s strange. I’m wondering if I’m putting up a smoke screen to block me from seeing.’ Said the man who just had an experience as the sun. Maybe the story time was over.

‘But you are not here to wonder about these things. You are here to have an experience. Do you know that your HS just spoke to you?’

‘No.’

I told Ilios what was said and I tried to get him to relax even deeper. I wanted Ilios to drift off to sleep so I could speak with his HS.

‘Why did you pick the lifetime as the sun for Ilios to see?’

‘He was born with that energy. It is there. It is powerful but it can be easily controlled.’ HS elaborated.

‘Is this energy activated in Ilios?’

‘Yes, it’s there. He needs to find some coherence in it. It’s there, the energy, and it is powerful.’

‘What do you mean by finding coherence?’

‘He needs to play with it like his friend told him. Just play with it.’

‘Was Ilios aware that he was playing with this energy.’

‘No, he needs to start doing it to utilize it the way he wants to.’

‘Can you give him some guidance, a simple way to play with this energy?’

‘Imagine it as if you can pour it back and forth between your hands, like it’s liquid. You can throw it on to something. Or, smear it on something. It would be like painting. Painting with energy instead of oil paint. Bring out the intensity of colours.’

‘Can you let him feel this powerful energy right now in his body so he knows how it feels like exactly?’

Ilios made some heavy breathing sounds. And he had his hands hovering above his chest.

‘I’ve just moved his hands over his chest area and ran that energy through him.’

‘Do you mean energy is now coming out of his hands.’

‘Absolutely.’

‘And he can feel it, right?’

‘Very much.’

‘What did it do when the energy came out of his hands to his chest?’ I wanted Ilios to know.

‘To heal. And to raise his energy, his vibration. It cleared something.’

‘So the energy can raise vibration and so it can heal things.’

‘Yes.’

‘Would he be using this energy in the future to help other people?’

‘Yes.’

Ilios took over to tell me that he felt a huge amount of light came out of his hands and that light went right through his chest, as if bringing a lot of unwanted things from him to Earth. I, of course, prefer that my client drifts off when their HS was speaking but this time, I was glad that Ilios gave me a report.

I continued to chat with Ilios’ HS and had all of his questions answered. The main thing the HS wanted to bring forth was for Ilios to speak more freely, to be willing to see and to speak, to be grounded in his self-confidence and to not worry about judgement. They said Ilios had a habit of hiding since childhood because he knew he was different from others.

Just before bringing Ilios back to everyday consciousness, I asked if he was satisfied and got a ‘Yes’ and some happy laughter.

I probably didn’t say it out loud but I was screaming inside myself over and over, ‘I CRACKED THE CASE!’

By the way, I did ask Ilios’s HS about the colours Ilios saw at the beginning of the session. They said the colours were the energy field that is all around us. They wanted Ilios to know that we were in a sea of energy and that he could get comfortable with the idea of moving and playing with energy.

So now you know. And you know when you come for a BQH session, all you need to do is to relax and tell me what’s happening. No thinking, and no dismissing whatever is coming through, please!
